About The Position

The Key Holder is a consumer-centric retail role reporting to the Store Manager. The position supports the leadership team by modeling and coaching customer service and selling behaviors, helping maximize sales, and contributing to merchandising and store operations. Key Holders are expected to be proactive, open-minded, and aligned with Levi Strauss & Co.’s values of originality, integrity, empathy, courage, and performance.

The role helps train and coach store staff in LS&CO selling practices, authentic customer service, and meeting sales goals. It also supports product placement on the sales floor, visual merchandising, store operations, and initiatives that promote a positive, engaging shopping experience. The job is part-time and located in Commerce, California. The posted pay range is $17.30–$28.80 per hour, or the higher applicable local, state, or federal minimum wage; actual pay may vary based on experience, qualifications, and other factors.

Requirements

• Consistently meet or exceed established store and individual sales and performance goals.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and frequently move around, kneel, carry items, reach overhead, and climb ladders.
• Reliable transportation.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Model and coach the team to deliver a strong consumer experience through customer service, sales, merchandising, and store operations.
• Support the leadership team in maximizing sales opportunities and meeting store and individual performance goals.
• Help train store staff and model LS&CO selling behaviors and authentic customer service.
• Support getting products to the sales floor, store operations, and visual merchandising.
• Help lead a positive and engaging shopping experience and drive key initiatives.
• Follow store policies, procedures, programs, and directives from store management.
