The main responsibilities include overseeing the technical progression of the team, ensuring proper organization and adherence to processes, collaborating with the Product Manager on functional and technical design phases, working on the evolution and maintenance of the Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) module, actively participating in the Agile methodology, and maintaining close communication with the Customer Support team for version upgrades and module configurations. The ideal candidate should have a Bac + 5 degree in computer science, a minimum of 7 years of experience in web application development, experience in managing development teams, strong knowledge of C# .NET and SQL Server, and the ability to handle complex functional and technical challenges.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of 4 developers and provide technical guidance and support
- Ensure the team's progress and adherence to processes
- Collaborate with the Product Manager on functional and technical design phases
- Work on the development and maintenance of the Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) module
- Actively participate as a member of the Agile team
- Maintain close communication with the Customer Support team for version upgrades and module configurations
Requirements
- Bac + 5 degree in computer science
- Minimum 7 years of experience in web application development
- Experience in managing a team of development engineers
- Strong knowledge of C# .NET and SQL Server
- Experience in software optimization (back-end, front-end, and database) is a plus
- Ability to understand complex functional and technical issues
- Strong communication skills and ability to adapt to a multicultural environment
- Fluent in written and spoken English
