About The Position
Lumen Solutions Group Inc. is seeking an experienced Lead Product Owner with strong ServiceNow platform expertise to drive product roadmaps, backlog management, release planning, and Agile delivery. The role bridges business stakeholders and technical teams, translating business requirements into detailed epics, features, and user stories. The position is based in Reston, Virginia, with a hybrid work arrangement, and is contract-to-hire.
Requirements
- 8–11+ years of Product Owner or Product Manager experience.
- Strong hands-on ServiceNow platform knowledge.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum, roadmap planning, backlog prioritization, epics, features, and user stories.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Nice To Haves
- ServiceNow CRM experience is highly preferred; ITSM/CSM experience will work.
- Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification preferred.
Responsibilities
- Own product roadmaps, portfolios, backlogs, and release planning.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for ServiceNow development and configuration teams.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, administrators, and Agile/Scrum teams.
- Lead backlog refinement, sprint planning, product reviews, and stakeholder workshops.
- Track product KPIs and ensure solutions meet business needs and quality standards.
