About The Position

GEICO is hiring a Lead Security Investigator for its Special Investigations Unit (SIU) and expanding Commercial GEICO market. Based in Dallas and Houston, this role conducts non-field investigations of suspected Commercial Auto, Commercial Trucking, Multiline, and Auto claims that may involve fraud or other illegal activity against the company. Investigative work includes interviewing, database inquiries, taking statements, conducting examinations under oath (EUOs), and locating other sources of information and witnesses. The investigator evaluates information for credibility and facts of loss, reports findings to claims, refers assignments to outside agencies, and provides training and support to departments involved in claims handling.

Nice To Haves

• At least 3 years of claim and/or investigation experience handling commercial auto and/or trucking.
• Multiline experience, such as RV, cycle, ATV, or marine.

Responsibilities
