Lead School Security Officer - Saint Paul, MN
About The Position
American Security & Investigations is hiring a Lead School Security Officer in Saint Paul, Minnesota. The role serves and protects school buildings and facilities while working with students of all ages, teachers, and administrative personnel. The officer must be able to work independently and as part of a team. The position involves onboarding and training at multiple buildings, and completing Lobby Ambassador training within 90 days of accepting the position and completing orientation processing. The Lead Officer is responsible for several officers across various buildings and reports personnel, call-off, and staffing issues to the Account Manager and Area Manager. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM, for 40 hours per week. The pay rate is $21.25 per hour. Applicants must be at least 18, speak English, hold a valid driver's license with a clean driving record, and pass a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check. Physical requirements include walking and patrolling, climbing stairs, and performing CPR. Previous security experience is preferred.

Responsibilities
