About The Position

The Lead Product Sales role helps create an exceptional guest experience by facilitating sales of resort services, including lift passes, lessons, childcare, and other products. The role leads daily product sales operations, supports and trains team members, and helps ensure guests receive timely assistance. This is a winter seasonal, full-time position for the 2026/2027 season. The expected pay range is $23.00–$26.88 per hour. Housing is available.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED equivalent.
At least 2 years of experience in customer service or ticket sales.
Flexibility to work both indoors and outdoors, with exposure to the elements.
Ability to communicate fluently in English.
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, holidays, and weekends.
Ability to stand or sit for extended periods.
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
At least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

Maintain current knowledge of resort products, policies, and operations, coordinating with other departments as needed.
Lead daily product sales operations, including opening and closing procedures, scheduling, and sales supervision.
Assist with hiring, supporting, and training product sales team members in daily operations.
Monitor and document teammate performance and behavior, provide meaningful feedback and direction, and offer recognition, corrective action, or escalation when necessary.
Receive and assess guest questions, comments, and complaints, providing timely resolutions.
Monitor and maintain sales facilities, equipment, and inventory.
Perform other duties as assigned.
