Through facilitating the sale of tickets to our many resort services such as lift passes, lessons, childcare and more, our friendly agents shine as the key to epic adventures for our guests.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
• 2+ years’ experience in customer service or ticket sales required
• Flexibility to work both inside and outside with exposure to the elements
• Must be able to communicate fluently in English
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, holidays, and weekends
• Ability to stand or sit for extended periods of time
• Ability to lift up to 25lbs

Responsibilities

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of resort products, policies, and operations, coordinating with other departments as needed.
• Build and apply comprehensive knowledge of all PSS lines of business including tickets, passes, SRS, activities, and greeters.
• Lead daily product sales operations, including opening and closing procedures, break coverage, troubleshooting, and sales oversight.
• Support the training and development of product sales team members in daily operations.
• Monitor and document team member performance and behavior, providing meaningful feedback to leadership and recognizing strong performance.
• Respond to guest inquiries, comments, and complaints, ensuring timely resolution or appropriate escalation.
• Oversee and maintain sales facilities, equipment, and inventory; submit work orders to Facilities, IT, or other departments as needed.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
