About the position
The job overview for this role is to lead and execute product marketing strategies for Zenoti's all-in-one software solution for the beauty and wellness industry. This includes defining product positioning, conducting market and competitive intelligence, developing GTM strategies for product launches, generating high-quality marketing materials, supporting demand generation activities, and eventually managing a team of product marketing managers. The ideal candidate should have the ability to understand complex technical products, deliver customer feedback and competitive intelligence, execute awareness and adoption campaigns, track and measure impact with data, and possess excellent communication skills. A BA/BS degree and 8+ years of marketing experience, with 5+ years in tech marketing, are required.
Responsibilities
- Define and document product hierarchy, messaging, core market differentiation, and create messaging for solutions and feature sets within the product
- Understand the target audience, competitors, and general innovation relevant to the industry and develop and iterate Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs)
- Own and manage the Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy for the relevant product portfolio, including new product launches and major product releases
- Deliver high-quality product marketing materials to support demand generation campaigns, sales cycles, and product and feature adoption
- Support and work with the extended marketing team on lead generation activities, with messaging, collateral, and ensuring sales has appropriate follow-up materials and enablement tools
- Create a culture of success and continuous improvement by mentoring, managing, and expanding the product marketing team
- Ability to understand complex technical products and translate them into marketing deliverables
- Monitor and deliver customer feedback and competitive intelligence to sales, marketing, and product management teams
- Experience executing awareness and adoption campaigns to existing customers through different channels
- Adept at tracking and measuring impact with data
- Curiosity to learn and execute new ideas
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a concise and compelling manner
- Can work in a fast-paced, ever-changing, startup-like environment
- BA/BS degree (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years of marketing experience with 5+ years in tech marketing, preferably in a B2B SaaS or enterprise software industry.
