Roku•San Jose, CA
•$167,300 - $307,600•Hybrid

About The Position

Roku is hiring a product leader to own the long-term strategy for how the company experiments, learns, and makes decisions. The mature, widely adopted experimentation platform supports testing and rollouts across about 90% of product areas. The role will evolve the platform to support trustworthy testing at scale, connect experiment outcomes with direct viewer feedback, and translate both into roadmap, personalization, and AI product decisions and agentification loops. The position requires close scoping with Engineering leadership and broad collaboration across Product, Engineering, Data Science, Analytics, Data Engineering, Recommendations, Ads/Martech, Finance, and User Research. The successful candidate will communicate clearly, show deep empathy for product and engineering counterparts, and use sound technical judgment to address complex testing and data challenges. Roku generally works in-office Monday through Thursday, with Fridays generally flexible for remote work, subject to role or office-specific attendance requirements.
