About The Position

Roku is hiring a product leader to own the long-term strategy for how the company experiments, learns, and makes decisions. Roku’s mature experimentation platform is widely adopted, with about 90% of product areas using it for tests and rollouts. The role will evolve the platform to support trustworthy testing at scale, connect experiment outcomes with direct viewer feedback, and translate both into roadmap, personalization, and AI product decisions and agentification loops. The position requires close scoping with Engineering leadership and collaboration across Product, Engineering, Data Science, Analytics, Data Engineering, Recommendations, Ads/Martech, Finance, and User Research. The successful candidate will communicate effectively and show deep empathy for cross-functional product and engineering counterparts while working through complex testing and data challenges. This is a product leadership role requiring influence, technical judgment, and executive-ready communication. For California only, the estimated annual base salary is $167,300–$307,600. Compensation depends on factors including skills, certifications, and geographic location. The role is eligible for health insurance, equity awards, life insurance, disability benefits, parental leave, wellness benefits, and paid time off. Roku uses AI agents and smart tools to support drafts, analysis, and repetitive workflows. Employees are expected to bring direction, judgment, and accountability, and Roku values curiosity, adaptability, and sound judgment in using AI, agents, or automation to improve speed, quality, and impact.
