About The Position

Veriff is hiring a Lead Product Manager for Fraud on its Veriff Network team. The role focuses on making the fraud detection, prevention, and accuracy capabilities of Veriff’s identity verification platform clear and actionable for customers, while building a network product that benefits from shared customer signals. The product manager will own customer-facing fraud experiences, including a Feedback API, fraud insights in Station (Veriff’s customer portal), and automated fraud reporting. They will lead customer engagement to create feedback loops in which customers share outcomes and signals, improving detection for platforms across the network. This is one of the first roles on the Veriff Network and will help shape how Veriff packages, sells, and grows its fraud offering. Within the first 90 days, the role is expected to assess the fraud roadmap and packaging, agree on a revised version with product and fraud leadership, and identify the top three to five improvements, with the highest-priority items shaped and in development. By six months, an updated offering should be live with design and beta partners. By nine to twelve months, a shared-signal pilot should be underway with a set of platforms. By twelve months, improved fraud products should be generally available and measurably helping attract and close deals with core customer segments. Veriff describes itself as an AI-powered identity verification and fraud prevention platform operating in more than 230 countries and territories. The company has a diverse team in the United States, United Kingdom, Spain, and Estonia. The role is associated with a remote listing (#LI-Remote).
