Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Product Manager to support the Consumer Deposit Products functions within the Products & Customer Segments division of Consumer Banking and Lending (CBL). This role will be accountable for shaping differentiated product value propositions, optimizing customer experiences, and executing go-to-market strategies that drive sustainable customer and balance growth while maintaining high customer satisfaction. In this role, you will: Review and analyze data to uncover opportunities for growth, optimization, and improved customer outcomes Identify market trends, evolving customer needs, and competitive dynamics to inform product strategy Develop strategies for the evolution of deposit products and customer experiences, including development of compelling business cases that influence roadmap prioritization Collaborate across deposits, technology, operations, risk, and marketing to deliver seamless, scalable, and compliant products and experiences Monitor and manage finance performance targets, conducting variance analysis as needed to identify risks and drive improvement opportunities
