About The Position

The Lead Product Management & Develop role is responsible for driving product simplification efforts across growth products to improve the customer job gets done across the business. This role requires a highly versatile leader who can execute across a wide range of initiatives, work effectively with partner organizations, and turn strategy into action. This is not a project manager role; it is a hands-on execution role for someone who can lead through influence, remove barriers, and deliver results across cross-functional teams. This role will assist with the application of systems thinking and end-to-end process reinvention in designing the future-state B2B telecom experience with an AI- and agentic-first mindset. Role will care of system, process and tooling needs to provide an outstanding customer experience when existing customers are moved to the new experience This role will help shape the future of Business customer experience.

Requirements

  • Experience in product management, product development, business transformation, and/or a similar cross-functional execution role.
  • Proven ability to lead initiatives and get things done across multiple partner organizations.
  • Strong execution skills with the ability to manage ambiguity and drive results.
  • Experience simplifying products, processes, or operating models.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to influence without direct authority and work effectively across functions.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Drive product simplification initiatives across growth products to improve speed, scalability, and business performance.
  • Execute against a broad range of priorities that impact product, process, customer experience, and operational effectiveness.
  • Partner with cross-functional organizations to move work forward, solve problems, and deliver outcomes.
  • Identify and eliminate complexity in product structures, workflows, tools, and supporting processes.
  • Translate strategic goals into actionable plans and lead execution through collaboration and influence, including methodology to migrate existing customers to the new experience.
  • Remove roadblocks, align stakeholders, and ensure progress across multiple concurrent initiatives.
  • Help improve how products are managed, supported, and delivered across the organization.
