About The Position

Datasite is hiring a Lead Product Designer to join Grata and help shape its next generation of products for dealmakers. Grata’s platform uses proprietary data, and the design challenge is to make that information accessible, relevant, and easy to understand and act on. The team is also integrating AI-powered workflows and agents into the product to improve company discovery, research, analysis, and other work. The role is the most senior individual-contributor position on the Product Design team. It is hands-on and involves strategic thinking, research, concept exploration, and detailed UI design. The designer will partner with the Head of Design, Product, Engineering, and customers to turn complex problems into simple, powerful experiences. The position is based in Datasite’s New York City office under a hybrid model, with at least three onsite days per week: Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday.

  • Excellent Figma skills, including prototyping and working with design systems.
