About The Position

Datasite is hiring a Lead Product Designer to join Grata and help shape its next generation of products for dealmakers. Grata’s platform is built around proprietary data, and the design challenge is to make that data accessible, relevant, and digestible so users can find what matters, understand it, and act on it. The team is also introducing AI-powered workflows and agents throughout the product, creating opportunities to rethink how customers discover companies, conduct research, analyze information, and get work done. The Lead Product Designer will be the most senior individual contributor on the Product Design team. This hands-on role partners closely with the Head of Design, Product, Engineering, and customers to turn complex problems into simple, powerful experiences. The designer will contribute strategically and practically, from research and concept exploration through detailed UI design, implementation, launch, and iteration. The position is based in Datasite’s New York City office and follows a hybrid model, with employees expected to work onsite at least three days per week—Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. Some business units or role requirements may require additional in-office days.
