About The Position

Robert Half, one of FORTUNE’s World’s Most Admired Companies and a Fortune 100 Best Companies to Work For is hiring for a Lead Product Designer to join the Marketing Department. This role involves applying human-centered design to re-imagine a marketplace for talent around the world for candidates, staffing professionals, and clients. The Lead Product Designer will be a great product thinker, passionate about user interface design, and focused on making a meaningful impact for people. As part of a product “squad,” the designer will be involved in all aspects of the product design process, including framing problems, understanding human behavior through design research, conceptualizing and prototyping ideas, envisioning future directions, creating high-res designs and workflows, and collaborating with product management, engineering, and peers.

Requirements

  • High degree of craft for all aspects of product design: user research, prototyping, interaction and visual design
  • Collaborate closely with product owners, engineers and user research to create a vision for your product area and bring others along in your thinking
  • Expert knowledge in design tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
  • Capacity to create innovative end-to-end experiences across multiple channels (including web and mobile) that are grounded in human insight, data and business goals
  • Experience using analytics, user research and other approaches to help make decisions and iterate on the product
  • Experience working with, designing, or maintaining design systems
  • Experience working with distributed teams
  • Experience working with product management and engineering teams
  • Experience leading or facilitating workshops, design sprints, and design studios
