About The Position

Robert Half, one of FORTUNE’s World’s Most Admired Companies and a Fortune 100 Best Companies to Work For is hiring for a Lead Product Designer to join the Marketing Department. This role involves applying human-centered design to re-imagine a marketplace for talent around the world for candidates, staffing professionals, and clients. The Lead Product Designer will be part of a product “squad” and involved in all aspects of the product design process, including framing problems, understanding human behavior through design research, conceptualizing and prototyping ideas, envisioning future directions, creating high-res designs and workflows, and collaborating with product management, engineering, and peers.

Requirements

  • High degree of craft for all aspects of product design: user research, prototyping, interaction and visual design
  • Collaborate closely with product owners, engineers and user research to create a vision for your product area and bring others along in your thinking
  • Expert knowledge in design tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
  • Capacity to create innovative end-to-end experiences across multiple channels (including web and mobile) that are grounded in human insight, data and business goals
  • Experience using analytics, user research and other approaches to help make decisions and iterate on the product
  • Experience working with, designing, or maintaining design systems
  • Experience working with distributed teams
  • Experience working with product management and engineering teams
  • Experience leading or facilitating workshops, design sprints, and design studios
