About The Position

Docplanner’s PMS Global group builds software clinics and doctors use to run their practices. As Lead Product Designer, you will own the design of an area of the practice management software, set design direction across its teams, and shape how that area fits into the wider product. This is an individual-contributor role focused on helping clinics reduce manual work and helping owners understand what needs attention. You will influence which problems are worth solving, work closely with product and engineering from discovery through release, and help other designers grow through coaching and reusable patterns. You will continuously learn from doctors, clinic owners and staff; identify friction in user journeys and team processes; and turn ambiguous, complex needs into strategic solutions. The work spans information-dense experiences such as billing, records and reporting, with responsibility for quality from early concepts and prototypes through QA, release and measurement. The role encourages using LLMs and AI tools to clarify intent, draft specifications, surface risks, prototype, and build front-end code, working fluidly between code and Figma. Success includes shipping useful improvements early, identifying meaningful user behaviours and outcomes, aligning with product on larger problems, and delivering measured improvements. Over time, you will set direction across teams, establish patterns others use, and help clinics spend less time on administration and doctors more time with patients. The role is 100% remote within Poland, with a remote or hybrid work model and a hub in Warsaw. Working hours are flexible. The company offers a salary appropriate to experience and skills, paid time off dependent on contract, health and wellness support, and language classes.
