Lead Product Design - B2B SaaS

H1•New York, NY
•$160,000 - $175,000

About The Position

H1 is hiring a Lead Product Designer to own end-to-end design for high-impact initiatives across its healthcare, data, and AI platform. The role takes projects from early discovery through delivery and post-launch iteration, translating complex, data-heavy workflows into clear, fast, and intuitive experiences. Focus areas will shift with company priorities, so the designer must ramp up quickly in new problem spaces and work independently while keeping the Design Director informed about direction, risks, and priorities. This is an individual contributor role with leadership scope. The designer owns project solutions within the overall design direction, represents design with leadership, and contributes to team practices. The role also offers a potential path into people leadership as the team grows. The Product team partners with customers, engineering teams, and business stakeholders to solve complex problems for leading life sciences organizations. Candidates are required to participate in an in-person final interview, which may require travel depending on location. The role pays $160,000 to $175,000 per year based on experience, plus equity in the form of Restricted Stock Units. The anticipated role close date is November 28, 2026.
