Lead Product Designer

Insurify is a rapidly growing MIT FinTech startup that aims to revolutionize the insurance industry through the use of artificial intelligence and technology. As a digital agent for insurance comparison, purchase, and management, the company is focused on providing superior product design and becoming the most trusted platform in the industry. They are currently seeking a talented individual to join their team and make an impact by driving UX improvements, collaborating with product management and engineering, and delivering high-quality experiences. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in product design and UI/UX design, with experience in a consumer-facing role.

• Leverage customer feedback, user session recordings, and product insights to drive UX improvements.
• Help build a collaborative product development process with product management and engineering.
• Lean in and take responsibility and ownership of delivering quality experiences.
• Elevate the status quo by setting a high bar for ideas, craftsmanship, and quality.
• Seek out and incorporate user, team and stakeholder feedback.

• 7+ years of product design, UI/UX design, visual design, or equivalent experience including 2-3 years in a consumer-facing product design role.
• Portfolio that demonstrates evidence of UX improvements, collaborative product development, and delivering quality experiences.
• Ability to leverage customer feedback, user session recordings, and product insights to drive UX improvements.
• Strong skills in building a collaborative product development process with product management and engineering.
• Ownership and responsibility for delivering quality experiences.
• High bar for ideas, craftsmanship, and quality.
• Ability to seek out and incorporate user, team, and stakeholder feedback.
