About The Position
Childtime is hiring a Lead Preschool Teacher to inspire children to become lifelong learners. The role involves creating interactive learning experiences, supporting children’s social, physical, and intellectual growth, and leading classroom management and curriculum implementation. The Lead Teacher also ensures compliance with licensing guidelines and company standards and builds relationships with enrolled and prospective families to support children’s achievement and the center’s success. The position is at Childtime on Perris Blvd.
Requirements
- At least 18 years old.
- Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
- Ability to meet state education requirements and the childcare center’s requirements.
- Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.
Responsibilities
- Create fun, interactive learning experiences and mentor fellow Teachers.
- Promote the social, physical, and intellectual growth of preschool children.
- Lead classroom management and curriculum implementation.
- Follow licensing guidelines and company standards.
- Build relationships with enrolled and prospective families to promote children’s achievement and support the center’s success.
