About The Position
Childtime is hiring a teacher to provide daily care and learning experiences for children at its child care center. The teacher follows licensing guidelines and company standards, observes and assesses children, plans activities, and communicates with families. The role includes completing training on child care, preschool, and child development, and implementing the company’s proprietary curriculum through fun, interactive learning experiences. Candidates should be energetic, dependable, and passionate about working with children.
Requirements
- Be at least 18 years old.
- Have experience in a licensed childcare center or related field.
- Be able to meet state education requirements and center requirements.
- Be able to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.
Responsibilities
- Follow licensing guidelines and company standards to ensure the daily care of every child in the classroom.
- Observe and assess children and plan for their needs and development.
- Communicate effectively with families.
- Complete training on child care, preschool, and child development topics.
- Implement the proprietary curriculum and create fun, interactive learning experiences.
- Engage in physical activity with children indoors or outdoors.
