About The Position

Childtime is hiring an Infant/Toddler Lead Teacher to provide daily care and learning experiences for children in a licensed child care center. The teacher follows licensing guidelines and company standards, observes and assesses children, plans educational activities, and communicates with families. The role includes completing extensive training on child care, preschool, and child development, and implementing the company’s proprietary curriculum through fun, interactive learning experiences. Teachers must be able to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children. Compensation is based on position, education, and experience; the stated Lead Teacher pay range is $19.56–$20.32. The work week is Monday through Friday.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Have at least 6 months of experience leading an early childhood classroom and creating educational lesson plans in a licensed center.
• Have a minimum of 12 Early Childhood Education units.
• Meet state requirements for background checks, immunizations, CPR/First Aid, and mandated reporter training.
• Be able to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.
