About The Position

Columbia Academy Kendall Ridge is seeking a Lead Preschool Teacher to develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum, plan engaging activities that support children’s cognitive, social, and emotional development, and assess and document student progress. The teacher helps foster a positive learning environment and ensures children’s safety and well-being. The role includes a $1,000 hiring bonus and pays $19.00–$22.00 per hour. Requirements

High school diploma or GED equivalent.
Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education.
45 hours of Growth and Development training and 45 hours of Preschool Methods training.
At least 1 year of experience with this age group in a licensed center.
Strong communication skills, including the ability to interact with parents and other staff members.
Ability to be patient, collaborative, creative, and passionate about Early Childhood education.
Love of working with children.
