About The Position

Kiddie Country, part of the Endeavor Schools family, is hiring a Lead Preschool Teacher. The Lead Teacher develops and implements age-appropriate curriculum, plans engaging activities that support children’s cognitive, social, and emotional development, and assesses and documents student progress. The role also helps lead learning activities, ensures children’s safety and well-being, monitors development, and fosters a harmonious environment for children and fellow teachers. Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a similar field of study with child education courses; a CDA is considered.
Prior experience working with the assigned age group.
Strong communication skills, including the ability to interact with parents and other staff members.
Patience, collaboration, creativity, and passion for early childhood education.

Nice To Haves

One year of prior experience working in a certified child development center is preferred.
