About The Position
Inspire Early Education is seeking caring, experienced Childcare Teachers to join their team at Inspire Exeter. The role involves providing high-quality care and education for children ages 6 weeks through 3 years, adhering to Pennsylvania state licensing regulations and Early Head Start Performance Standards. Responsibilities include completing required home visits, attending professional development, and building positive relationships with children, families, and staff, while maintaining necessary documentation.
Requirements
- Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
- An Associates or Bachelor's degree in ECE or a relative field
- EEC Teacher or Lead Teacher Certification
- Experience in a childcare setting
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A positive attitude and passion for working with children
- Ability to pass background and health requirements
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality care and education for children ages 6 weeks through 3 years
- Follow all Pennsylvania state licensing regulations and Early Head Start Performance Standards
- Complete required home visits with enrolled families
- Attend all required trainings and professional development opportunities
- Build positive relationships with children, families, and fellow staff members while maintaining required documentation.
