About The Position
Inspire Early Education is seeking caring, experienced Childcare Teachers who are ready to bring energy, creativity, and compassion to our classrooms. Requirements
- Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field (Required)
- An Associates or Bachelor's degree in ECE or a relative field (Required)
- EEC Teacher or Lead Teacher Certification
- Experience in a childcare setting
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A positive attitude and passion for working with children
- Ability to pass background and health requirements
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality care and education for children ages 6 weeks through 3 years
- Follow all Pennsylvania state licensing regulations and Early Head Start Performance Standards
- Complete required home visits with enrolled families
- Attend all required trainings and professional development opportunities
- Build positive relationships with children, families, and fellow staff members while maintaining required documentation.
