About The Position
Frenchies Modern Nail Care is seeking a Lead Nail Technician for their clean, modern, and engaging salon that focuses on natural nails only (no SNS, Dip, or Acrylics). The salon has been recognized as a Charlotte Magazine Best Mani/Pedi Winner and Charlotte Observer Best Nail Salon. Frenchies offers a fun vibe, posh pampering, and a super clean, inviting space. They pride themselves on cleanliness and an excellent guest experience. This role is for a licensed manicurist or cosmetologist who thrives on providing excellent experiences, loves creativity, and enjoys teamwork. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, energetic, positive, goal-oriented, and seeking career growth opportunities.
Requirements
- NC Manicurist or cosmetology license
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Friendly and professional demeanor
- Able to work full time day/evening and at least one weekend day
Responsibilities
- Work hand in hand with the Owner/Studio Manager to achieve team and salon goals.
- Lead nail technicians in day-to-day activities and guest experience.
- Provide excellent manicure and pedicure services to guests.
- Train new Nail Technicians.
- Assist in the continued education of the team.
- Assist the team in maintaining the cleanliness of the salon.
- Social media posting/collaborations.
- Serve guests throughout the salon.
- Contribute and rally the team to goals.
