Requirements

Prior experience in mold remediation, water damage restoration, or a related field.
Demonstrated ability to lead a crew and independently manage job-site operations.
Knowledge of mold remediation protocols, containment procedures, and EPA guidelines.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude.
Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting, crawling, and working in confined spaces.

Nice To Haves

IICRC certification, such as WRT or AMRT.
ACAC certification, such as CRIE or CIE.

Responsibilities

Lead and supervise mold remediation crews at residential and commercial job sites.
Perform mold inspections, set up containment, and carry out remediation procedures following industry standards.
Apply EPA-registered antimicrobial treatments using proper application techniques.
Operate and maintain remediation equipment, including air scrubbers, dehumidifiers, and HEPA vacuums.
Ensure job-site safety, proper use of personal protective equipment, and compliance with OSHA and industry regulations.
Communicate professionally with customers, explain the remediation process, and address concerns.
Complete job documentation, checklists, and post-remediation reports accurately.
