About The Position

AT&T Corporate Communications seeks a social-first storyteller to shape how the company tells its stories across corporate-owned social channels, especially LinkedIn. The role combines corporate storytelling, public relations and social media, bringing a creator’s mindset to AT&T’s news, ideas, people and reputation. The successful candidate will think strategically, write and edit compellingly, and develop social-native content that makes stories relevant and engaging. Reporting to AT&T’s Editor-in-Chief, this position works with the broader Social Media team, Executive Communications, Media Productions and communicators across the company. It will help establish a distinctive voice for AT&T’s corporate channels and extend the reach of priority stories. The role defines and executes social content strategy, develops original concepts and repeatable formats, writes content, and partners with creative and production teams. It also monitors culture and real-time opportunities, connects Corporate Communications with the broader Social Media team, and uses audience insights and performance to improve storytelling. The position is full-time, onsite five days per week in Dallas, Texas. No relocation is offered.
