About The Position

Fler is seeking a Content Creation & Social Media Intern to support its organic social media channels and content creation activities, primarily on Instagram and TikTok. The intern will contribute to the editorial calendar and social initiatives, creating videos, engaging content, and copy while helping the company connect authentically with its community and advance its brand mission.

The role suits an early adopter of social media who is comfortable appearing in Reels, TikToks, and Stories, has a point of view on online culture, understands what content performs, and can participate authentically in digital conversations. The intern will also support community engagement, performance analysis, creator and ambassador relationships, influencer campaign assets, and the use of AI tools and automations to improve creative workflows.

This is a six-month curricular internship for a student enrolled in a relevant university program. The position follows a hybrid model, with three days per week in the office. Fler offers a dedicated company tutor, a collaborative and learning-focused environment, and a monthly internship allowance of €500.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's, Master's, or postgraduate program in Communications, Marketing, or a related field, with the possibility of arranging a curricular internship through the university.
• Availability for a six-month, full-time internship.
• Strong knowledge of social media, current trends, and platforms such as Instagram and TikTok.
• Storytelling and communication skills, curiosity, and awareness of what leading brands are doing.
• Passion for beauty and personal care.
• Ability to work independently, manage tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Clear and effective communication.
• Strong alignment with Fler's values.
• Excellent written and spoken Italian and English, with English proficiency of at least C1.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the social media content strategy, primarily on Instagram and TikTok, by creating videos, engaging content, and copy.
• Help develop the editorial calendar and adapt content based on performance and trends while staying true to Fler's tone of voice and values.
• Support community growth and engagement initiatives.
• Analyze social media performance to identify opportunities for improvement and new strategies.
• Manage relationships with content creators and ambassadors for product launches, campaigns, and seeding activities.
• Explore and implement AI-powered tools and automations to streamline content creation, optimize workflows, and improve creative processes.
• Support the marketing team in developing content briefs and creative assets for influencer campaigns and other brand initiatives.
