About The Position

Allen Industries is seeking a Lead Letter Fabricator to combine hands-on craftsmanship with team leadership, quality control, and production coordination. The role leads daily work in the Letter Fabrication Department and helps the team produce channel letters, illuminated signage, and other products safely and efficiently. This is a full-time, hourly position in a manufacturing plant environment and is safety-sensitive.

Requirements

• Experience in channel letter fabrication, sign manufacturing, or metal fabrication.
• Strong welding and fabrication skills.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Safety-focused mindset and strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily activities within the Letter Fabrication Department.
• Assign and coordinate work to meet production schedules.
• Fabricate and assemble channel letters and illuminated signage.
• Interpret blueprints, drawings, and shop specifications.
• Perform welding, assembly, wiring, and LED installation.
• Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met.
• Train and support fabrication team members.
• Promote and enforce safety standards throughout the department.
