About The Position

We are looking for a Lead Java Developer with strong experience in Java, Spring Boot, and AWS who can think beyond coding. This role requires someone who can understand business problems, ask the right questions, and translate a given architecture into scalable, high quality solutions.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Java-based application development.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Spring Boot, REST APIs, and Microservices.
• Experience building and deploying applications on AWS.
• Solid understanding of system design, scalability, and performance.
• Strong testing experience (JUnit, Mockito).
• Excellent communication skills with a business-first mindset.

Nice To Haves

• Docker, Kubernetes
• CI/CD pipelines
• Kafka or event-driven architectures

Responsibilities

• Design and build backend services and microservices using Java and Spring Boot.
• Translate architecture and business requirements into robust technical solutions.
• Actively engage with stakeholders to clarify requirements.
• Lead design discussions, perform code reviews, and ensure engineering best practices.
• Own deliverables end to end: development, testing, deployment readiness.
