About The Position

We are seeking a Senior/Lead Java Developer with a minimum of 10 years of technical experience in architecture, design, and development of applications. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in J2EE technologies, Advanced Java, Spring Boot, Angular, and REST API. A strong understanding of SQL, PL/SQL, PowerShell, and scripting knowledge is required. Familiarity with JSON, SOAP, REST, RAML, SAML, oAuth, and OIDC, including application, message, communication protocols, and authentication mechanisms, is essential. The role requires experience and understanding of frameworks like Spring Boot/Hibernate, and working experience with Web Services and REST APIs. Experience with relational databases such as Oracle/SQL and container technologies like Docker and Kubernetes within a DevOps environment is necessary. Proficiency with version control using GIT, Jira, and other Dev Tools, as well as experience in Linux and Windows operating systems, is expected. A strong understanding of development, secure coding, and SDLC methodologies, coupled with the ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with business and technology teams, is crucial. The candidate must possess strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills, and be able to create practical, robust, and scalable architectures and solutions. Experience in Identity Access Management technologies and products is a plus. The role involves leading motivated junior Java Developers, reviewing code, assigning and monitoring tasks, and working closely with the Scrum Master/Project Manager to prioritize tasks and support the Testing team. Experience in Financial services is desired.

Requirements

Minimum of 10 years of technical experience in architecture, design and development of applications
