About The Position

We are looking for a Lead Java Developer with strong experience in Java, Spring Boot, and AWS who can think beyond coding. This role involves designing and building backend services and microservices, translating architecture and business requirements into robust technical solutions, and actively engaging with stakeholders to clarify requirements. The Lead Java Developer will also lead design discussions, perform code reviews, ensure engineering best practices, and own deliverables end to end, including development, testing, and deployment readiness.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Java-based application development.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Spring Boot, REST APIs, and Microservices.
• Experience building and deploying applications on AWS.
• Solid understanding of system design, scalability, and performance.
• Strong testing experience (JUnit, Mockito).
• Excellent communication skills with a business-first mindset.

Nice To Haves
