About The Position

Klaviyo is seeking a Lead Integrations Engineer for its Finance Technology (G&A FinTech) team. This foundational role will shape the architecture, standards, and long-term vision for integrations and automation supporting Finance in an AI-first company. The engineer will partner with Finance functions—including Accounting, Tax, Treasury, FP&A, Procurement, and Internal Audit—and adjacent technology teams to keep the back-office stack reliable, integrated, compliant, and prepared for a public, AI-forward SaaS business. The team owns the roadmap, health, and governance of platforms including ERP and financial systems, procure-to-pay, revenue and billing systems, and related integrations and automation. The role combines integration engineering with an AI and automation mindset. It involves designing and supporting Workato integrations, resolving operational issues, leading SOX audits through closure, and finding automation opportunities. The engineer will reimagine Finance workflows and build AI-powered workflows, copilots, and agents that augment or automate processes, while enabling compliant and responsible AI deployment. The role also helps Finance teams adopt Workato and AI through reusable frameworks, workflows, playbooks, and training. The position may require up to 10% travel for onboarding, client or partner work where applicable, team meetings, and industry events; travel is coordinated in advance. The U.S. base pay range is $140,000–$210,000. Total compensation may also include an annual cash bonus, equity, sign-on payments, and benefits, subject to eligibility.
