Requirements
- 5+ years of residential HVAC service experience
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Experience servicing: Hydronic systems, Condensing boilers, Zoning systems, Communicating HVAC systems, Mitsubishi and ductless mini-split systems
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to explain technical issues to homeowners
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Nice To Haves
- ServiceTitan experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, service, and repair residential HVAC systems
- Work on furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, boilers, and ductless systems
- Service and troubleshoot Mitsubishi and other ductless mini-split systems
- Diagnose and repair hydronic and condensing boiler systems
- Service zoning and communicating HVAC systems
- Educate customers on system issues and recommend solutions
- Document findings and job notes using ServiceTitan
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience on every call
- Lead by example through professionalism, technical expertise, and workmanship
