AA Service Company is looking for a highly skilled Lead HVAC Service Technician who takes pride in solving the tough problems, delivering a five-star customer experience, and leading by example in the field. Requirements

• 5+ years of residential HVAC service experience
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Experience servicing: Hydronic systems, Condensing boilers, Zoning systems, Communicating HVAC systems, Mitsubishi and ductless mini-split systems
• ServiceTitan experience preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to explain technical issues to homeowners
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, service, and repair residential HVAC systems
• Work on furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, boilers, and ductless systems
• Service and troubleshoot Mitsubishi and other ductless mini-split systems
• Diagnose and repair hydronic and condensing boiler systems
• Service zoning and communicating HVAC systems
• Educate customers on system issues and recommend solutions
• Document findings and job notes using ServiceTitan
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience on every call
• Lead by example through professionalism, technical expertise, and workmanship
