About The Position

Advantage Plumbing, Heating & Air is seeking a self-motivated Lead HVAC Install Technician with a positive attitude to join its installation team. Installers are paid hourly or by piece rate, with uncapped pay potential. The position is full-time and performed in person in Stillwater, Oklahoma. The technician installs HVAC equipment in accordance with safety requirements, company standards, and manufacturer specifications; prepares for jobs by pre-measuring job sites; connects equipment; and documents calls and jobs according to company requirements. The role also involves keeping current with technologies and products, responding to customer questions and concerns, and participating in and following safety policies and procedures. Requirements

At least 1 year of HVAC installation experience is required.
An HVAC degree or equivalent field experience with certification from a technical or trade school.
A valid driver’s license and clean motor vehicle record.
Ability to handle heavy equipment.
Must reliably commute to Stillwater, Oklahoma, or plan to relocate before starting work.

Nice To Haves

1–5 years of HVAC installation experience is preferred.
EPA Type II certification is preferred.
