About The Position

Horizon Services is hiring an experienced HVAC installation technician to install residential heating and cooling systems. The role focuses on quality workmanship, meeting company and manufacturer standards, explaining equipment operation and maintenance to homeowners, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. Technicians work with teammates to complete installations efficiently and accurately while maintaining a safe, clean, and professional work environment. The position offers consistent, full-time, year-round work, competitive hourly pay, bonus and performance-based incentive opportunities, and flexible scheduling options. Traditional schedules and 4x10 shifts are available in many locations. Qualified candidates may receive a sign-on bonus of up to $10,000; top performers earn $100,000 or more annually. Requirements

Experience as an HVAC Installation Technician.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
