About The Position

We’re looking for a Lead HRIS Analyst to serve as the senior functional and strategic owner of our HR technology ecosystem. This role is ideal for an experienced HRIS professional who thrives in complex environments, enjoys solving hard problems, and wants to shape how people systems support a growing, evolving organization. This is a hands on, expert role with broad influence. You’ll partner closely with HR, People Analytics, IT, and business leaders to ensure our HR systems are reliable, scalable, and aligned with our people strategy.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in HRIS, HR Technology, or related roles
  • Bachelor’s degree (HR, Information Systems, Business, or similar field)
  • Deep, hands‑on experience with enterprise HRIS platforms and multi‑module environments
  • Proven success leading system implementations, upgrades, and integrations
  • Strong understanding of HR processes, data structures, and compliance requirements
  • Ability to influence senior stakeholders through expertise and clear communication
  • Comfortable working independently and owning outcomes in a complex environment

Responsibilities

  • Own the overall health, design, and evolution of our core HRIS and related people systems
  • Translate business and HR needs into effective system solutions, configurations, and integrations
  • Lead HRIS enhancements, upgrades, and implementations from concept through delivery
  • Act as the go to expert for complex system issues, data challenges, and cross platform dependencies
  • Partner with People Analytics to ensure strong data structures, reporting readiness, and data quality
  • Establish standards and best practices for HR system usage, governance, and documentation
  • Work closely with vendors and internal partners to drive value and continuous improvement
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to HRIS team members as needed, without formal people management responsibility
