We’re looking for a Lead HRIS Analyst to serve as the senior functional and strategic owner of our HR technology ecosystem. This role is ideal for an experienced HRIS professional who thrives in complex environments, enjoys solving hard problems, and wants to shape how people systems support a growing, evolving organization. This is a hands on, expert role with broad influence. You’ll partner closely with HR, People Analytics, IT, and business leaders to ensure our HR systems are reliable, scalable, and aligned with our people strategy.
