About The Position

The Lead Housekeeping Supervisor will lead, train, and supervise Housekeeping Supervisors, Room Attendants, and House persons on a floor or designated area. The role ensures guest rooms and public areas meet established cleanliness and quality standards and supports the hotel’s efforts to provide outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Responsibilities include assessing room inventory, assigning rooms for cleaning, inspecting rooms, verifying and reporting room status or discrepancies, and monitoring stock rooms, carts, and designated inventories. The supervisor also coordinates with Engineering or Property Operations on maintenance and repairs related to guest rooms and public areas, and performs Room Attendant or House person duties and room cleaning as needed. The position is part of the opening team for the AC Hotel & Moxy Dallas Uptown in Dallas, Texas.

Requirements

Ability to inspect 25 to 80 rooms per day.
Ability to clean rooms when needed.
Physical ability to move and/or operate large objects, including housekeeping carts, suite furniture, large bags of linen, vacuum cleaners, and inventory boxes.
Knowledge of and ability to operate a computer.
