Lead Housekeeping Supervisor
About The Position
The Lead Housekeeping Supervisor leads, trains, and supervises Housekeeping Supervisors, Room Attendants, and House persons to support outstanding guest service and financial profitability. The role oversees a floor or designated area, ensuring guest rooms and public areas meet established cleanliness and quality standards. Responsibilities include assessing room inventory, assigning rooms for cleaning, inspecting rooms, reporting room status and discrepancies, monitoring stock rooms, carts, and designated inventories, and coordinating with Engineering/Property Operations on maintenance and repairs. The supervisor may also perform Room Attendant or House person duties as needed. This position is part of the opening team for the AC Hotel & Moxy Dallas Uptown in Dallas, Texas.
Requirements
- Ability to inspect 25 to 80 rooms per day.
- Ability to clean rooms when needed.
- Physical ability to move and/or operate large objects, such as housekeeping carts, suite furniture, large bags of linen, vacuum cleaners, and boxes of inventory.
- Knowledge of and ability to operate a computer.
Responsibilities

- Communicate and coordinate with Engineering/Property Operations to support maintenance and repair of items related to guest rooms and public areas.
- Perform Room Attendant and/or House person duties as needed.
- Clean rooms when needed.
