About The Position
Baptist Health, recognized as a top place to work in healthcare, is seeking a Hospital Housekeeper to join their Environmental Services team at Baptist Silverleaf. This role is crucial for maintaining a safe and healthy environment for patients, visitors, and staff. The position involves utilizing state-of-the-art UV Disinfection Technology via UV Robotic Machines, which break down germs before manual cleaning, enhancing protection for team members and patients. The shift details are full-time, days, from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, Monday through Friday, with weekend and holiday availability as needed, totaling 40 hours per week. The primary location is Baptist Silverleaf FSED.
Requirements
- 1-2 years Environmental Services Experience
- High School Diploma Preferred
Responsibilities
- Trains, supervises, and motivates department personnel to ensure a high-quality standard of housekeeping.
- Ensures that all tasks and schedules are completed in an efficient manner.
