About The Position
Baptist Health is seeking a Hospital Housekeeper to join their Environmental Services team at Baptist South. This role is responsible for maintaining a safe and healthy environment for patients, visitors, and staff. The hospital utilizes advanced UV Disinfection Technology with UV Robotic Machines to eliminate germs before manual cleaning. The position is full-time, working nights from 11:00 pm to 7:30 am, with one evening shift per week, and requires rotating weekend and holiday coverage. Requirements
- 1-2 years Environmental Services Experience

Responsibilities
- Performs a variety of cleaning duties as assigned, including janitorial and custodial services.
- Sweeps, mops, dusts, and sanitizes various areas such as offices, bathrooms, patient rooms, non-patient areas, procedure rooms, and common waiting areas.
- Maintains all cleaning supplies in accordance with OSHA requirements.
- Maintains a friendly and professional attitude.
- Follows safety and security protocols.
- May perform other duties as required.
