About The Position

The Lead Generation Specialist represents a locally owned flooring company at Costco warehouse events. The role involves engaging shoppers, introducing the company’s flooring services, generating and qualifying leads, and scheduling free in-home design consultations for the sales team. The specialist works with the sales team to improve appointment quality. This is a customer-facing role with part-time and full-time opportunities, primarily on weekends and during high-traffic retail hours. Top performers may have the opportunity to grow into full sales roles.
