About The Position

Home Energy Pros is hiring a motivated, outgoing Lead Generation Specialist / Appointment Setter for door-to-door outreach in local neighborhoods. The role introduces homeowners to Home Energy Pros and schedules attic inspections for the company’s sales team. The appointment setter starts the conversation and sets the appointment; the sales team conducts the inspection and handles closing. This is an active, face-to-face role rather than a desk-based position. Compensation is commission-only, with no base salary. The posting states an average commission of approximately $1,000 per completed sale generated from the candidate’s appointments, paid weekly. Appointments alone do not earn the sale commission, and earnings depend on generated appointments resulting in completed sales; individual results vary. The advertised compensation range is $1,000 to $5,000 per week. This is a 1099 independent contractor position.
