About The Position

Home Energy Pros is hiring a motivated, outgoing Lead Generation Specialist / Appointment Setter to work door to door in local neighborhoods in Fort Wayne, Indiana. The role introduces homeowners to Home Energy Pros and schedules attic inspections for the sales team. The appointment setter starts the conversation and books appointments; the sales team conducts inspections and closes sales. This is an active, face-to-face role rather than a desk-based position. Compensation is commission-only, with no base salary, and commissions are paid weekly. The posting describes an average commission of approximately $1,000 per completed sale generated from the employee’s appointments. Appointments alone do not earn commission; earnings depend on generated appointments resulting in completed sales, and individual results vary. This is a 1099 independent contractor position and a full-time opportunity. Applicants must be at least 18 years old and have their own reliable vehicle.
