The Lead Generation Specialist will conduct outreach through various channels, gather essential customer information, and document all activities in the CRM system. The position involves qualifying leads, coordinating meetings with sales managers, and collaborating with marketing and sales teams to support campaigns. Regular reporting on lead generation activities and pipeline progress is also a key aspect of this role.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in lead generation, sales support, or business development
  • Experience with customer outreach, including cold calling, email, or digital engagement methods
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage prospective customers effectively
  • Ability to gather, analyze, and document customer and market information accurately
  • Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through

Nice To Haves

  • Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field preferred
  • Experience working with customer relationship management systems or similar tools preferred

Responsibilities

  • Identify and research prospective customers and projects within targeted industries based on defined sales strategies
  • Conduct outreach to potential customers through phone, email, and professional networking platforms to generate interest and qualify opportunities
  • Gather and validate key information including customer needs, decision-makers, and project timelines
  • Document all prospecting activities, customer interactions, and opportunity details within the customer relationship management system
  • Qualify leads and coordinate meetings between prospective customers and territory sales managers
  • Support the transition of qualified leads and opportunities to the sales team for further development
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to support outbound campaigns and lead generation initiatives
  • Provide regular updates and reporting on lead generation activities, pipeline progress, and overall performance
