Responsibilities: Identify and research prospective customers and projects within targeted industries based on defined sales strategies Conduct outreach to potential customers through phone, email, and professional networking platforms to generate interest and qualify opportunities Gather and validate key information including customer needs, decision-makers, and project timelines Document all prospecting activities, customer interactions, and opportunity details within the customer relationship management system Qualify leads and coordinate meetings between prospective customers and territory sales managers Support the transition of qualified leads and opportunities to the sales team for further development Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to support outbound campaigns and lead generation initiatives Provide regular updates and reporting on lead generation activities, pipeline progress, and overall performance Qualifications: Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field preferred 1–3 years of experience in lead generation, sales support, or business development Experience with customer outreach, including cold calling, email, or digital engagement methods Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage prospective customers effectively Ability to gather, analyze, and document customer and market information accurately Experience working with customer relationship management systems or similar tools preferred Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through The Freudenberg Group is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion.
